Fair point, I just think there are better options out there.

I think Portsmouth will get raided this summer, Lassana Diarra and Niko Kranjcar will both leave. Either of them would be a fantastic buy. I wouldn't be surprised to see either, or both go to Arsenal though. With Flamini Leaving, I think Wenger will want Diarra back.

wasnt he at chelsea?
ahh i just checked wiki. my bad. he was at both

SUn is a terrible player. Constantly makes mistakes, he cost us at least 6 points on his own last season. Simply not good enough for the Premier LEague let alone where we want to go.

I will be gutted if he gets a new deal.

Prior to this season I'd have welcomed him as a replacement for Sagna but Bacary actually seems decent since he shod his stupid hair

Looking back at darker days, Sun was comical.

Nice to see he gets a job though.

The scapegoat paradox strikes again. Who should we pick this season? Do players even get two seasons to turn from comically shite to acceptable anymore?

I'm going to say... bony. He is my early nomination for being at fault for any and all poor results.

After last night is say Bony and Nasri, I'll give Sterling the benefit of the doubt for now.

Shoulda signed benteke rather than bony. Willy seems to have a permanently perplexed look, like a man wondering why he's out of the gym and on a football pitch.

If the scapegoat paradox is real then get your money on Navas to win next season's Ball on D'or
