“Sun Jihai awaits City decision”

China international Sun Jihai remains in the dark about his City future, but insists that he still has what it takes tomplay in the Premier League. Sun has yet to be told if his contract will be renewed but expects to play in England next season after several teams expressed an interest in signing the versatile 30-year-old. “I’m stlll very fit, still loving to play.”

Most likely ESM, but I sincerely hope not... His recent performances have been somewhat lacklustre

Agree, the good thing about him is that he plays more than one position and that's a big benefit for us.

Oh I'd disagree, I'd say he was truly awful at all.

It's true he gave away two penalties, with a player that played more than 100 games with a team I think he deserves another season.

Always liked Sun, more because of the effort he puts in rather than his skilz, but I have to say he's like a ticking bomb waiting to go off, his so called tackle for the pen against Fulham highlighted that.

yeah, and when he tackled Ryan Babel that was another awful tackle.

I feel the same. I appreciate that he's always given 100% but you always feel it's just a matter of time before he makes a fuck-up.

True, but it's fair to say he also gives the opposition numerous free kicks and the odd penalty.
