How injured is Schmeichel? It would be a tad Alanis Morissette if Joe ended up as backup to Kasper at Leicester. Or ousting him. Alanis would write a verse about it either way.

I don't get people saying we should get rid of Willy and keep Hart as a back up - the point is he wouldn't want to stay as a back up isn't it? Also, paying £150k a week or whatever it is for a keeper who might play a couple of times a season doesn't make any sense, no matter how much we can afford it.

I would've kept Joe as no. 1 btw.

Set to be the first English goalkeeper to play in Serie A. I am guessing he has assurances from fat Sam that playing abroad won't hinder his international opportunities.
