Vass must be the nicest man in football cos our last three managers all seem to think he deserves a start - and it's not becuase of his scoring ability

Vassell = Dickov

But not what you'd call an out and out, line hugger. Reason I say vass out right is his pace and taking on people. Ireland is more craft and ability than physical presence for me.

Quality point there mate.

To be fair, Vass is a fuckin grafter. He always gives 110%, and, although you can't guarantee he'll play well, you can guarantee an effort from him.

Good point mate, but someone like Vassell will never be a goalscorer.

Vass was actually playing as second striker yesterday but kept drifting out wide. Stevie Ireland was lined up as RW but was drifting inside and Onouha was overlapping as a wing back. If Onouha could cross the ball we would have scored about 3 more than we did.

How many transfer windows have come and gone since SWP left? Why hasn't anyone realised we need a right winger?

Even though he can't score, but he got 6 goals last season. Meanwhile he didn't play the entire season and he was the second top scorer after Elano.
