Thats it really. You're ability to translate is better than most Irish people.

An féidir leat aon ni a rá gan séideadh faoi na Gaeil?

You boys have trouble filling your fucking rusty corrugated iron roofed shed, never mind Oakwell. Whereabout are you in the Eircom League? How many European trophies have you won?

Cork people - jealous of Dubs for centuries.

Of course, that's what football is all about - a nice comfy stadium to visit two or three times a year. And it's a good job the trophy cabinet is bursting at the seams at Eastlands, otherwise you might come off sounding like a total idiot.

Jealous? No. To be honest I feel sorry for people like you who feel the need to pour scorn upon others for supporting their local team. If the good people of Manchester had adopted your attitude on day one, then you wouldn't have a team to follow. Or would you just be a Man United fan instead?

Anyway, to all the real Man City fans, you would probably be the toughest draw we could get at this point so I'd rather avoid you - at least until the group stage :D. If we do meet in the qualifiers though, it would be a good money spinner from our point of view since the prospect of watching an English team play is the only way great patriots such as slart would ever countenance paying to watch an Irish team, and I have no doubt you'll enjoy yourselves in the many fine drinking establishments of Cork (even though we're all pricks).

I was hoping that we wouldn't meet an eircom League team as it does the local league good to have a bit of a run in Europe (apart from Shels who went bust). However, after seeing the shite sprayed on this forum by these Cork lads (I think every single one of their season ticket holders has been on here by now) I hope we do meet them and cure their cough.

Its a bit sad that one of them names and defines himself by what he hates.

And you can be sure that all these guys also follow the rags and think Knacker Keane is a God.

Very kind of you to be so concerned about the state of domestic football in Ireland. Although, Man City did a great turn for the Polish League by letting Groclin beat them, so I'm a bit disappointed you wouldn't like to see them extend the same generosity to your fellow countrymen.

Judging by Slart, it doesn't appear to be true. Just some odd fellows from Cork that do.

True true, I was too general. Apologies Slart.

*Rephrase* - Some Irish must lead a shite life

Edit: I bet we don't even get an Irish team after all the jip we've taken too

Not confused at all. Cork is rag city.
How many go to your home games?

One of them called you "a Yorkshire gaylord" and another said "ESM a Joey".

Ban them all!

Not enough for a city the size of Cork unfortunately. You might find it hard to believe being a die-hard Man City fan who goes to all their games home and away, but there are some gobshites whose idea of supporting a team involves nothing more than sitting on their sofas watching Sky Sports, shouting at the television, and occasionally making a trip to 'their' team's home ground, maybe as a birthday treat or for a glamour tie against one of the "Big Four". Pretty pathetic isn't it?

I'm assuming that by "rag" your referring not to the Evening Herald but to Man U fans? If so, then unfortunately there are many deluded souls in Cork who have arbitrarily chosen to 'support' that particular team in the manner described above. I wasn't aware that everyone in Dublin was a Man City fan, but now that you've pointed it out to me, I must say that that too is equally pathetic.
