They will have several streams knocking about when the game starts. Just refresh. You can go full screen once you've selected your link.

Alternatively the initial OP link (ironically) might end up being the best one. Depends on the traffic once the game starts.

EDIT - The OP link seems to have stopped working. Just go for justin.tv.
