Sven is a great manager i just think he needs to be a bit more daring at times and let the boys see what they can do in an attacking sense

Again, Sven had recalled Logan so why play Sun? It make no sense.

probably thought that dropping the only asian in our squad would make Frank want to sack him even more.

Does he care anymore? The way he avoided the question about his future before the game more or less sealed it for me, but on the flip-side, even the wife's mum said if he was onna go, or Sinatra was gonna sack him, why hasn't he done it and stuck a caretaker in charge???

Daring? There's nothing daring about him. With England it was the same and at City has just followed on.
We didn't want him in the first place.

I heard an "insider" rumour yesterday that Sven is the caretaker manager and that Scolari agreed to take over after the Euros before we got Sven. Only a rumour mind so don't go quoting me.

TBH i never watched any england games so this is the first time i have seen sven in charge and overall im happy with his performance but he could still do with a bit more attacking flair.

Interesting little titbit there Badge. I read in the Sun on Saturday we offered it Mourinho back on the 5th of April, and he hasn't got back to us yet

Might be bollocks but this guy's been right about stuff before. He's also been wrong about stuff.

That's a brilliant rumour. I'd say it's complete bollocks, but it's still a good rumour.

And stop justifying the decision, all of you. Sure the second half has been shit, and sure Sven has made mistakes. But stop being so greedy. We're in no position to be moaning about 9th place, no matter how we've done it. The slide was only to be expected, we punched above our weight for a long time this season, and then we've ended the season pretty poor. But to compare it to last season, we were nearly relegated. He needs another season to sort things out, if by the end of that we haven't shown any signs of improvement or he isn't changing things, maybe then show him the door.

One pretty successful season into a three year deal is not the time to sack a manager.

It's Franks money though so if he feels he's not got the right result he can do what he likes, be it the right decision or not.

Unfortunately that's true, i'm glad of his money and appreciate what he's done for the club, but if he thinks that replacing managers who achieve their targets is the right way to do thins, he's mistaken. I just can't think what he would have been expecting from the season really.

If we win the league within two years i will completely forgive him.
