I click on the link and it comes up saying this...

You haven't installed SopCast Software,
Please download from http://download.sopcast.com/download/!

I have already downloaded it though? :confused:

ok, try this go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs. Then check if SopCast is there..

If you just open the Sopcast programme and put in channel 6029 it should be on that.
