I'm really hoping Maldini plays so I can say I've seen him. Pub in an hourish, then make our way there. So glad the close season is nearly over.

I think it's 5 oclock kick off. So it's 3 and a half hours.

The best chance we've got is if we surprise Milan by donning our away strip at the last moment........catch 'em offguard. :D
It'd be fun to watch.

Yosser's hoping for a Milan backlash after their 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Chelsea..................I tend to agree when I see his reasoning. Says sometimes friendlies aren't combative enough and don't prepare the team properly.

Can't wait................hope the link's better than the Celtic match

Erm, so I guess the website broke.

Anyway, we won, Bojinov scored, so that's good.

Corluka wasn't in the squad though. :(

Thaksin ordered that the forum be taken down for a while.

I know, I know, but it's a cultural thing ok?

Anyway, we were great today.

I was impressed today. TBH i was suprised at how many turned up. I expected about 20,000. I thought Ben-Haim looked great and should do us some favours this year. Sturridge looked very sharp as did Bojinov. I am looking forward to the season and hope things can work out with Thaskin, Hughes and Cook. I think Fernandes could be an important player for us this season, his engine never stops running and looked like our heart today.

Also I bought the new home top at the store :D

Quality performance, quality goal, Boj looked really hungry for goals and that's something we haven't had in a while. Really chuffed with the performance and effort.. our fitness was clearly visible towards the end, we knackered out AC Milan :p AC Milan who? :p lol. Vass really surprised me today, I've been quite negative about him in the past as you'll probs remember but credit where credit's due.. he looked good today, not just with the effort, but he really ran them ragged and he linked well with Boj and the team in general to be honest.
