Given the success of last season's thread I thought I'd do one for this season.

Torres, lovely quick feet for the goal, got the strike away beautifully while running at pace.

De Bruyne, sublime.

Sterling good and could/should have had more. He was playing a striker's role, we missed an out and out number 9 but against Burnley he was good enough.

I thought Mendy was excellent, one of his better games, took players on and went past them, had good balls in from wide, lovely crisp passing, played well.

Agree Mendy was great last night, constant threat down the left hand side.

Paid £10 for a Carabao Cup pass to watch it thinking you get all CC games this season, but it turned out to be just that game on a stream not much better than I could rip off for free. Won’t be doing that again.

One rough result, everyone on twitter going off, get rid of pep yada yada yada.

We'll be right, Leeds ...sorry dirty Leeds will be a good litmus test.
Pep and his mentor or whatever he is.

Really hope Dias gets a game..and Torres on the left..

Come on the blues..

Didn’t occur to me £10 would only be for Burnley in the 16th round of the Carabao Cup! Totally mugged off.

He was probably still crocked tbf Bert.

I don't think even the biggest spurs fan could disagree with result. Emphatic springs to mind, City v a goalkeeper.

Spurs don’t create anything so Kane has to try and do it himself. He’s probably what we need as we create a shit load and need someone to finish it off. Still rather Harland because of his age though.

there's something about Kane that repulses me tbh. not as a player particularly, just.... yeah.
