Something few people would have thought we'd ever say. Very good he was, love to see some consistency.

So many good players for us today, special mention to Gabs, who did everything but score. For a Brazilian, he is untypically unselfish. Very exciting dude.

We look dangerous for next season. Sort out the GK situation, and a couple of defenders, we have reason to be bullish.

Tbf Palace deserve a lot of the credit for how good we looked yesterday. Definitely reasons to be optimistic for next season if we can sort out our defence though as Danny says. Ota always looks a world beater when Vinny's alongside him, it's just a matter of getting Vinny alongside him for more than a third of the games.

Something from motd struck me, saying how much better otamendi looks alongside kompany, got me thinking that mangala looked good alongside him as well. He's been a huge loss for us these past two seasons he's been on and off crocked, not just in his position but the effect he has on the team's overall performance. But that was satisfying, gave them a proper beasting.
