Apparently Phase Three of the Hughes master plan will start after the Hamburg game

Accordingto the MUEN , Hughes and Cook will sit down over the weekend and formalise a transfer list so that he can start making serious offer next week


Nice to know theres a plan, at least

What were phase one and two?

This report is bollocks. Hughes would have come to Manchester City armed with a transfer list. I'm sure they have been working on this from day one. Hopefully we'll see some new signings in the next two weeks.

phase one was settling in and changing all the training etc, phase is to tie the players on to long term contracts, which is ongoing

Hardly a negative post. The idea that Hughes and Cook will only now be sitting down and compiling a transfer list is daft. I'm sure this was done long ago and we will see some results shortly.

They've missed a trick by not reporting that as of this weekend the streets on Manchester are safe once again, as Mr's W is moving in with the inbreds in Retardville.
