Hi, I'm a junior seasoncard holder but for the Stoke game I want to take my mate, I want to move to another part of the ground i.e. ring the club up and request a move. The thing is though, do I still have to pay for my ticket in another part of the ground? Could somebody please explain how it all works before I go and order the tickets. Thanks a lot.

You could try getting two tickets in another bit of the ground - the club would have to send you access cards for the match in question, and then stick your own seat on that new Seat Exchange service that we've got a tie-in with.

i think you can just move your seat at no extra cost if you want to sit next to a buddy. no idea how to do it though, call the booking office and ask.

bring a friend

Are you a Seasoncard holder who wants to bring a friend to a home game? All you need to do is let us know and we will be able to relocate you to another seat in the Stadium so that you can sit with your friend(s) for that game.

Your Seasoncard will be cancelled for the game in question and you will be issued with new tickets where you can sit together (any loyalty points requirements will still apply).

For the following game, you just carry on using your Seasoncard as normal.

To bring a friend or family member to the next home, call Supporter Services on 0870 062 1894 (option 2).

Cheers, do you reckon that service will be open now as most of the lines etc close at like 5, if not I'll ring tomorrow or even sort it out in person on Sunday.

I lent burnage my seasoncard and she did exactly this to get two seats together. More surprisingly my seasoncard worked perfectly at the turnstile for the next game.

I was fairly surprised.
