Lovely backheel from edin for the goal there, otherwise a competent enough display. Nive early ahot from nasri as well. More goals please!

Tough at times but a job well done.

Oh and Dzekos control and backheel.

I wonder why we can beat Newcastle at will but struggle against Sunderland?

Anyway, an excellent win in a tricky first game. I wouldn't have been too surprised or disheartened had we come away with nothing as I had a feeling about this game but as soon as I saw Vincent and Demi-god on the team sheet those nerves abated slightly

A crucial three points really with our opening fixtures. Onwards and upwards

yeh I had a funny old feeling about our first match. we did enough, we weren't really troubled.

Jovetic looks born again with a new-ish role, I like what I see.

and I already love Abba. I made my mind up on him weeks ago. going to great.

be interesting to see if we drop Demichellis for Mangala straight away or...what it is Fizzy does.

tough next few games, the 4 matches between here and Hull we could quite easily count points on one hand. it won't matter, we've got the rid of the hardest at that point, and then they have to come to ours. :)
