fuck im so old..saw JD at a 'apparently' famous gig, in bowden, with my best mate daz, ian law son of dennis, his older brother rob..
we were just kids, in tacchini tracky bottoms addias first tracky top, and gazelles, totally out of place ..
I had no idea who they were and thought at the time it sucked..and my mate darren he loved the smiths too, and i hated them back then..(clueless really)..
I was happy with my epmd and ultramagnetic 12"'s..

but once i grew a brain, i did come to like joy div, the smiths and the like..
Its mad how some artist's who have the world at their feet end up like this..

Yes, by decapitation. Not sure it would work the other way - the zombie would need to be able to access the knowledge about stakes through the heart/running water/fire/AIDS etc. I've never seen evidence that zombies are capable of actual thought. Plenty of evidence showing the opposite though:
