All the songs last at least 15 minutes, and you could clear the pub out in no time. In fact during the solo's you could go and order another pint.

Prog rock karaoke, first up

'Epitaph' by King Crimson,:D

'Nantucket Sleighride' by Mountain.

Don't you think in principle it would be a splendid idea? Make a change to the usual tired out old claptrap of some nugget doing 'Angels' or the silly couple who still think it's incredibly entertaining to do 'Summer nights'

I think I'd rather stay true to my usual policy and avoid karaoke altogether.

yes, indeed.

I used to do karaoke, for a laugh round at me mates, there was usually about 4 or 5 of us. Anyway, i was gutted, because i always tried to attempt the cool stuff like 'Lovesong' by The Cure or 'Creep' by Radiohead. Unfortunately, i discovered that my vocal talents were far better suited to 'Africa' by Toto and....er....um...er 'I'm too Sexy' by Right Said Fred.....hmm.

:o

Bassman, it's my job to come up with completely random threads, there isn't space on this forum for two resident weirdos?
