He's an odd one for, obviously very talented but I prefer to read his lyrics (which are often brilliant) because I just don't like the music he makes. I know a few punters who went to see him on his last tour, never heard a comment that was anything less than outststanding. |

I think he's great. A real original and better known now than I ever thought he'd be. I remember hearing Downtown Train by Rod Stewart years ago and thinking much as I hate Rod that is a song alright. Tom Waits innit? His version is waaaaay better mind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHyvjdn4rFk |
