Bat for Lashes support. Are they any good? I've never heard them.

As far as i am aware, and it will suprise you to know i have on occasion been wrong, but i believe Bat for Lashes is a female solo artist. Supposed to be pretty good, but i've never the joys of listening to her.

Saw them a few years back. They were supporting Metallica in the same venue. Lots of spotty little 14-15 year olds thought they weren't metal enough and threw plastic bottles at them.

I thought they were good. I saw Coheed and Cambria at the weekend and they were boring. Like their albums though. Queens are the best band in this line up. Always great.

Dave Grohl ripping up the drums... Our kid saw C&C and said they were great, saw them at ther Kerrang tour with Fightstar and Medina Lake, and some other band I've never heard of. Said Fightstar were awesome.
He's going to see Dragonforce in September, you heard of them?

Yeah. Bit too widdly for me though I may go and see them in Dublin. Saw 10 seconds of Fightstar at the weekend. Wouldn't watch any more on a point of principal. Medina Lake were ok at Donny as well. Bit poppy.

The twat who fronts Fightstar used to be in Busted. He is a rich spoiled kid who asked for people to stop picking on poor Tony Blair when the Iraq war kicked off.

He decided to turn into a "punk rocker" when his pop glory says were fading and demanded his music be treated seriously. He can't write a song to save his life.

Good point! lol! Not a great fan of them to be honest. I find his music to be tedious and samey

It's not the music that makes it, the stage show they put on and the energy and enthusiasm Mike and Chester have while onstage is unbeatable. Dave Grohl was the only person to match, possibly even beat it

to me it's the music that counts. I'm not arsed about stage shows. They are a distraction from what really counts.
