Was it Squidge that said the Klaxons are wank live? That's not a bad line-up that. Nobody I'd rush out to see, but plenty to keep me occupied

I can vouch for the klaxons being shite live. Although I don't really like them anyways.

Never seen them, but wouldn't mind doing.

I was on very good drugs and they are kind of dancey, that would normally work for me but it didn't.

On a side note, very disappointed with Oasis at the weekend, piss poor pa system, didn't really enjoy it till the encore. New wembley is beautiful though.

 Not that you found them disappointing, more that they let it happen. They were absolutely superb in Heaton Park. Maybe Wembley's just not cut out for concerts

The sound was far too quiet. Seeing Blur the week before didn't help, Oasis could never match that gig, not even in their prime. They don't have the songs to compete with a Blur greatest hits set IMO

I saw Blur at T and they were fucking sensational, but Oasis at Heaton Park slightly edges it

Hawkwind! Wilco and Jarvis would be good.

Electric Picnic has my hero Brian Wilson so I think I'll go to that. I may even camp for a change.
