Go to the Dublin show. We can have a meet up there.

Saw Frank Black And The Catholics a few years ago in Vicar Street.

They player the set backwards. They came out waved at everyone, played one song - a cover of Dirty Old Town, stood at the edge of the stage waving and said "goodnight!" and walked off.

The crowd cheered and started a "we want more!" chant.

They then came back after a few minutes and played another 90 minutes.

Why, every time I see the word Belgium do I read Bubblegum? It irritates me.

It is simple. Buy a ticket, book a flight and then go. I do it all the time for footy in Manchester and gigs in London.

Hmmmm. I'm poved out myself. Getting the boot in two weeks time. Still hope to get over for the first game of the season to watch Eto'o score a hatrick on his debut.

Saw them when they reformed a few years ago for the first time. They pretty much played Doolittle from start to finish then. I might go to one of the London dates, seeing as one of them's on my birthday.........

Saw them on the Bossanova tour in the National Stadium in Dublin where they played nearly every song they had recorded up to that time. They even broke the curfew and played a rare encore after the houselights went back on. Also saw them in the Point at the time of Trompe Le Monde and when they reformed supporting the RHCP and again when they headlined Lansdowne Road.

Lost count of how many times I've seen Frank Black over the years.
