that is a truly awful album. That's the one with Little james on it, isn't it? Piss poor effort.

i think that requires huge amounts of narcotics and alcohol, a head injury and partial deafness doesn't it?

Doesn't work with just those in my experience

well, there's a difference. I'd cite it as proof that he bloody well can't, and should give it up. Although he did write Songbird, and that's a crackin' little tune.

no but when you fall over and get a sliff wedged in your ear canal it assists with the other two prerequisites...

I wonder if people from elsewhere assume that all mancunians walk round with their feet at 10 to 2, swagger along, and with much facial growth. Liam Gallagher, good god.

Now, Noel. I like his humour. Has many funny, good things to say, but Liam's a nob.

he even started wearing those John lennon silly hats, what was that all about? In fact, the more he convinced himself that he's the reincarnation of John lennon, and Oasis believe themselves to be the reincanation of The Beatles crossed with Slade (why would anyone want to be like Slade???!!!?), the worse the music has become, to the point now, after about 14 years of constant, and absolute disappointment with every passing album release, i don't even acknowledge them any more.

Concur, i liked the first three albums at the time, the crushing disappointment of paying money for SOTSOG made me swear never to buy another album by them. I haven't missed out. The first album is the only one that stands the test of time.
[/hypocrisy] although i will be seeing them at wembley this year [/hypocrisy]

yep. Definitely Maybe is astoundingly good, and maybe that's why i find them to be such a disappointment now. The time i knew the game was really up though was Be Here Now. When i heard that, i knew they were fucked.

If he'd knocked it on the head after the first album, first two at a push, he'd stand up fairly well to some of the big names in Mancunian musical history. As it is though he's on a similarly bland footing as Mick Hucknall.

Unfair. Nobody can sink as low as the ginger serial date rapist.

I was driving an Astra van without due care and attention in Salford Quays in 1999. Very nearly ran someone over. When I clocked who it was, I was disappointed to see I'd just narrowly missed taking out Hucknall. The lucky twat.

Shame on you.

Anyone else have tales of how they failed to kill or maim the ginger-rag-Rohypnol-carrying-woman-worrier?

My sniper rifle was confiscated when I missed the ginger twat and killed a puppy in the Arndale centre.

Never mind I have his address and I have some semtex on order
