Very nice Emigre, I'm off to the Pyrenees soon so hoping to find a nice ripe goat if my luck's in.

i love brie.. but hate it when you open it and the inner core is all hard. this happened yesterday. i was gutted. :(

Good ripe goats cheese rules. A good ripe goat on the other hand is a different proposition altogether.

i had a breakfast special at katsouris this morning... two sausages, three bacon rashers, two eggs, tomato. mushrooms and a cup of coffee. was delicious. katsouris is awesome.
they have a good selection of cheese there... ust in case you were going to accuse me of going off topic! :)

on deansgate, about opposite house of fraser. really nice deli place, do amazing ciabattas with loads of gorgeous meat.
