Are back! They are playing in Vicar Street Dublin in July. I hope they aren't shite and spoil years of expectations.

Cool. Saw them at Reading in '94 I think. It was a lot of fun.

Bass player in my old grind band saw them in the late 80's and they had a huge white screen with tropical fish swimming over the top of a hip replacement operation projected onto it. That's always stuck in my head.

Haven't heard any of their records since the album they did with John Paul Jones in the early 90s.

They seemed to have a thing for gross visuals - transexual mickey removal ops and things like that. They once appeared on the Gary Shandling show. The singer had a single upturned cymabal on a stand which he filled with lighter fuel and then lit. He then proceeded to bash the crap out of it with the lit fluid splashing over him.

I wonder why they never had the mass appeal of Coldplay.

Here they are!

Do they just put random words together for these albums or what?

I know... What about... putrefied lizard bums. or... vomitous dogs testicles. or even... contaminated zit squeezings. Would they be good album names? I think so.

Locast Abortion Technician. The pic didn't show in the post.

I love Sweet Loaf, their take on Black Sabbath's Sweet Leaf.

Sweat Loaf, n'ect ce pas? Great cover though. A tripped-out alternative disco classic.
