Just downloaded somthing there and it's in m4a format, won't play on realplayer or windows media, is there anyway to change it to an mp3 or is that impossible???? I need Techy Help!!!!:eek:

M4a is the format for mobiles. There's plenty of free converters out there - google!

You either need to find player or converter software:

Eh? You can convert files without any hassle...if you right click on the m4a file you should have an option to convert audio format...click on that and follow the simple instructions
