U2 used to play in the Dandelion Market in Dublin in the late 70s on Saturday afternoons. More people claim to have seen them there that at Slane.

They really did play everywhere around that time. I can honestly say I left several U2 gigs after the opening song back then.

I still like the early stuff, but not the later stuff. Over time i think Rattle & Hum has become an awful album, and if it wasn't for 'Van Diemens Land' it would probably be removed.

I got a bit confused at Benicassim festival in Spain and took shit loads of class A's expecting to go and watch Soulwax. Walked into the dance tent (it had indoor rain) and saw the last chord of their last tune. Stood bemused as they walked off stage wondering what I'd do next. Ended up going to the main stage, piled right down to the front and watched a full Franz Ferdinand set, properly off my tits. I had sooooo much fun. Best thing I saw all weekend.

And Muse are awesome live too.

what clubs did you go in ibiza only went pacha, eden and es paradise. Spent alot of time in the bars. Some cheeky ladies over there:D

Went to Space and Privelege. Stood outside Pacha on a wednesday night deliberating whether or not to go in. Decided we couldn't be arsed. unbeknownst to me my favourite DJ (Eddy temple Morris) was just about to play inside.

Biggest let down live was Radiohead in Malahide a few weeks ago.
