I'd rather see any junior members of the extended Slart clan become goths than chavs.

Did you pat them on the head and sigh contentedly?

Funny how most fat teenage girls become goths, maybe it's because they say that black is slimming.

Good point. Better not to get too close. I heard that Marilyn Manson once gave scurvy to an otter.

Exactly. Whether it's commercial or not is irrelevant. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant. If you start going down the road of banning stuff then you're on the road to oblivion.

let's ban football, that's a major sport that many, many people watch, but it costs millions in police resources etc, and there may be football violence that causes £millions of damages, and must cause headaches to the authorities, so why not ban that?? See it's a never ending thing.

Just to be serious for a second, I once read somewhere a definition of art was seeing/listening etc to anything that made you feel proud to be a human being. Thought that was quite interesting.

And if we're banning stuff that encourages suicide then surely the profession of dentistry would be high on the list?! And living in Finland.

I can't stand goths, emos etc. Why would you want to look like that??? Like somebody said, all the fat teenaged girls go down this road, why??? Smelly, greasy-haired muppets, if you ask me! Probably prefer chavs to these. Most that are emos or goths claim to be depressed and say they have a hard life. They all seem to come from rich families and live in posh houses!!! As for self harm, don't get me started on that, weird bunch!!!

lets ban Man United. when they win trophies it makes me feel suicidal, so i'd like them banned.

Lets ban work. I don't want to do it, and it depresses me.

Lets ban Eastenders and all other shite soaps, they make me depressed.

never ending cycle once you start.

I hate to be scathing but that's got to be one of the worst attempts to define art I've ever heard of.

pointy sticks, half bricks, flaming torches, pool balls in socks and yes, a big fecking fork. that'll do nicely.
