Going to see them in November. They've booked tiny venues and all sold out in days.

I'll just add this:

Fleet Foxes - White Winter Hymnal

Where have I come across this song before, I just don't know.
I know a few fans are on here (or is that just Badger?).

What a wonderful tune.

I really should listen to their album again. Bought it after loads of good reviews and recommendations and listened to it once. Thought it was ok but didn't grab me. Wasn't overly impressed. I keep seeing it on my shelf though and feeling guilty. I keep meaning to give it another go.

Try the earlier EP squidge and then go back to the album.

I may add it to my list of things to buy. I'm filthy rich at the moment. Won myself £95 on the football predictions at work :)

And that was only joint top. If only Gerrard's goal had been allowed i'd have had the full £190 to myself.

QotSA - 3s and 7s
Soulwax -Too Many DJ's

The Evil Nine mix of that was a solid choice in my set for a year or so. Tune.

Actually, the EP is called Sun Giant and came out before their eponymous debut album.

Not that I'm being picky.

(They are very good though)

Prolly not.

One of my current favourite songs, Old Crow Medicine Show's version of Down Home Girl.

They're a brilliant live act BTW, saw them a few weeks ago. Did you manage to catch them Cloudy?

Nah, I think it clashed with Micah P Hinson at End of the Road. :D
