I'd consider contributing if an R8 hadn't already been done, but as it has I'll get my sport by trying to make this the shittest thread to date.

Cars can cock off.

LOL nice one guys!

Those are all great suggestions, I know it's not everyones cup of tea but the 1967 Porsche 911 is one sexy little number.

A right bucket of rust these days but very pleasing on the eye.

What other manly pursuits do you follow, Milnerho?

You have a kid, so presumably, you're into women. Also, you like football. Do you enjoy a cold lager?

Imagine if you had someone coming into all your threads, posting and trying to catch you out on obscure geography. Why, you'd label that person as sub-normal.

Jesus, don't you even listen? Second post. That's when it became mine?
I despair of you sometimes, you'd think five or so years of hanging around with great guys like me would rub off on you but you're still falling at the first hurdle. I'm surprised they haven't melted you down for glue.

Hooo, when I was your age lad, and I lived in that shit hole London, working a shit job for idiots, on hot Summer days, as the beautiful women in their beautiful dresses walked by outside I'd crave cool lager in the sunshine, and I did that.

Now, it leaves me hanging. I drink real ale in the Spring and Autumn, Guinness in the winter and cider in the Summer.

If we were in Trier on a warm Summer's evening sat outside in the Hauptmarkt after a meal, smoking cigarettes, I might share several steins of Bitburger with you. But on the whole I don't drink lager.

Is that old town square?

I don't know, I couldn't find a picture of the place where I actually enjoyed drinking.

There were about 3 restaurants/hotels in a row and the seating out front went 40 yards from the door, and they leave you be until 2 or 3 on a school night and they ask you if you want a blanket for your legs.

Possibly a big fountain? But it wasn't a square so much as a very wide paved avenue...

We should do that. We should do that. You can holiday away from your family right?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is a "Brokeback Mountain" moment.

We should savour it.

A friend of my sister hired out two dvds on the same night - Brokeback Mountain and Walk The Line.

She settled down on the sofa for the evening and watched them with her husband. She put on Brokeback Mountain first. After about an hour, and during the first rutting scene, her hubby piped up.

"Which one is Johnny Cash?" he asked.
