He was just trying to tone down the whiff of mega bucks so that he doesn't get mugged by any forumers next time he goes back up north... That bit about it not starting and being six years old is a failed attempt to make himself sound down at heel... Hell I bet it's not even an Audi, that's just the cheapest car manufacturer he could think of. I bet it's a Bentley.

he lives in tunbridge wells, anything less than a porsche (still viewed as a bit chavvy and classless) and they throw bricks and have you deported.

top bus mate, you obviously don't have my job...;)

My neighbour rob has a e reg RS turbo escort thats 223 bhp, and a f reg cossie sierra thats he's not telling what the bhp is, but its pristine..

And my mate who i work with is throwing the gauntlet down, as he has a sierra TI..yes..whats that you ask....
its a XR4i shape, but a 3.1 twin turbo, this has a big single turbo, and apparently does 60 in 4.5 seconds.....

ive just had 2 drop links done, a new clutch & MOT and a few other things, and put some rent on it..best part of 600 quid..

0-60 in 4.5 is dangerous, I'd be dead within a week. This one does it in 5.9 and that's plenty enough for me.

I really like this car. :approve:

It's a Lexus. :o

Image

4.8L, V10 - 0 to 62 mph in 3.7 secs and a top speed of 202 mph.

The website has a vid, well worth a look if only for what it sounds like.

http://www.lexus-lfa.com/

It's only $325,000 an' all. :D
