Chernobyl. 8.5/10. The former USSR was truly unruly (and Russia now). They did whatever suits them. Amazing stories within this 5 episode series. Hard to watch at times but you can't wait to see more.

Just watched the first episode.
It's quite scary tbh.
When you se the folks stood watching the fire with the radiation floating about..
From what I've seen its looks really well shot and the sets and all that.
And I've only heard Greta things from work mates ect...

Ok..just finished watching Chernobyl.
And it's absolutely brilliant.

The most outstanding thing is how it looks.
The sets and every little detail from 80 USSR were perfect.
Even the tiles on floors I noticed.

10/10 all day long..

Just started watching a follow up called The Real Chernobyl on yt.
With some of the character from the series talking about it and what happened..

Since everyone is sharing so much these days thought I'd mention what I've been watching;

The Bay (as in Morecambe): about to watch the last episode of the SE02 tomorrow night. It's okay, enjoyable enough.

Limetown : Pretty strange but it is compelling. Jessica Biel always gets dragged in to filth too. Like a magnet. A filth magnet.

Crime Scene: the vanishing at the Cecile Hotel : I had already read about this case and seen some YT footage and the whole thing has me completely fooked. You can even watch the shorter version first and then watch this, cos it is freaking bizarre what happened. 2 x episodes in, good.

Inside World's Toughest Prisons : up to SE05 now, all of them good but the English guy doing 2-5 is better than the first. For some reason even my missus likes it, there is no real action but he puts himself in some terrible situations by agreeing to a week or whatever in hell holes. Just interesting to see how dudes are holed up all over the world.

Yeah myself and Mrs Jimbo watched it a week or two ago.
I was really expecting some crazy spooky end to it all, but it was and your right sec, it was just sad.

Poor kid had all these issues and nobody to help her out.

Flix do make some great documentarys though..

Spent the first episode convinced she’d been murdered, then when it started to come out that she’d had mental issues and hallucinations in the second I could see which way it was going. Really sad, she seemed like a bright kid.

Anyone not caught 'Ozark' yet is missing out, I love can't get enough of it. Frankly, Jason Bateman can do no wrong as far as I am concerned.

I've started this now. Enjoying it so far.

I watched a series called "Upright" which I think you'd like a lot Danny. I found it very touching. :o
