Had me license since 1994 and had my 1st ever prang yesterday...some dopey tart was driving down the middle of the road she had parked cars on her side and my side was clear and she crashed into me head on and fooked me bumper, headlight and knocked my track rod end out...bitch
questions I could do with answering....and may seem simple and stupid

I am fully comp with a £350 excess, does this mean i get my car repaired and back on the road and I have to pay this £350 towards the repair?

Insurance book/docs says i should get a hire car, do they fork out for this or do I have to pocket it and they pay me back?

Insurance say it is "split liability" does this mean no-one is to blame?
