If there is no footy on tonight I'm going to watch these classics.

Two of the greatest films ever made.

Hahaha Spiderman 3, good? It was hilarious but I don't know about good. Having said that I saw it in German so I don't really know what they were saying but from what I could see it looked pretty terrible but at least it was terrible in a funny way. I loved it when he turned emo and then when he strutted down the street winking at all the ladies.

The last film I saw was:

Thoroughly enjoyed what they've done with it, saw the Director's Cut a while ago and wanted to see it again plus my girlfriend hadn't seen it so it was a perfect excuse to rent it.

That's been on sky (directors cut) a lot over the last few weeks. I watched it twice.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die.

I watched No Country for Old Men yesterday and thought it was rather good if slightly odd. Another excellent film from the Cohen brothers.

Also saw American Gangster last weekend with MWTB after she'd made me sit through Sweeney Todd which was complete bollocks.

NCFOM and AG are excellent. Not seen Sweeney Todd though heard good things. I think I prefer my musicals camper and more colourful.

I didn't know it was part musical otherwise I wouldn't have agreed, I think MrWTB owes me one! Jonny Depp was as good as always though.

I know a couple of people who have seen it and said it was one of the worst films they've ever seen. Of course i'm just passing on somebody else's opinion. But you're wrong. :D

The film I am watching now is the only remake of a foreign (to the US) film to ever win the academy award for best picture. Any ideas?

I don't want to be a product of my environment. I want my environment to be a product of me. Years ago we had the church. That was only a way of saying we had each other. The Knights of Columbus were real head-breakers, true guineas. They took over their piece of the city. Twenty years after an Irishman couldn't get a fucking job, we had the presidency. May he rest in peace. That's what the niggers don't realize. If I got one thing against the black chappies, it's this,no one gives it to you. You have to take it

(its the departed BTW)
