Yep. If this pair of love birds want to have some time to themselves, Bluemoon kindly set up the pm facility. For the rest of us this is a thread about films we have watched recently.

Maybe so, but seeing as I enjoy it on here and it's where I get a lot of my info for City from, as well as having some decent conversations, I shall be stopping, and shall leave you alone in your pursuit to get banned

Not saying that as such. If you and Miggs want to have a bit of private banter, do it by PM or start your own thread, these conversations within other threads just fuck things up.

Back onto topic then, is it wrong to have never seen any of the Jaws films, as well as Green Mile and none of the Godfather films??

But is it really a big deal? This is what this place is about, some friendly banter and always getting off topic and hi jacking threads.

I have heard mixed reviews about it. Think I shall watch it anyway. Jaws and Green Mile don't really interest me at all. Only recently saw Saving Private Ryan

Was it the feature film or the TV version?

Both are good. Alan Clarke was a great director. If you liked Scum, you should watch Made In Britain - Tim Roth's first film.

Harsh, very harsh. That sais I do feel it was a series of films that got better as it went on.

i have a thing about the films everyone must say are amazing. for example, godfather, shawshank redemption. yes they are good, but for me they arent amongst the best movies ever made.

Not actually many films where you can say the sequels have been better than the originals are there.
