Is the Camembert a bit runny?

Post subject:  Re: Our Favourite Cheese

Depends on the Camembert.
If you buy it on a Normandy Farm it may be more runny. Most of the stuff here is harder because of transport etc. If you want it runnier bung it in the microwave for a short time. It is quite nice when it is warm especially with a baguette.

Come on Bert, microwaving it is a bit extreme, it should only go hard if you stick it in the fridge.

Just don't say anything that could be misinterpreted as asking Bert his expert opinion on France.

Just don't saying anything about France.
