Depends on the Camembert.
If you buy it on a Normandy Farm it may be more runny. Most of the stuff here is harder because of transport etc. If you want it runnier bung it in the microwave for a short time. It is quite nice when it is warm especially with a baguette.

Come on Bert, microwaving it is a bit extreme, it should only go hard if you stick it in the fridge.
