too much salt. not good. otherwise it is healthy if they add lots of salad.
it's just the level of salt that is too high.

I have a really fast metabolism so cutting out beer works a treat, and I've reduced my meal sizes too. Also started eating fruit instead of choccie biscuits during the day. My diet is quite carb intensive but I get away with it ok. I'm 11st 11 and have a bmi of circa 24, so I want to get it down to 22ish which would give me a BMI of 22, which I'd be much happier with.

I diced with that one the other day. Went outside and started guffing profusely, then decided i needed a dump. When i sat on the throne, what emerged was slightly more water based than i anticipated. Then i thought, bloody hell, how brazen was I, keffing outside!! Could have been very nasty looking back.

He has, but City as a unit have done no better.

What was your point?

I think City have overall improved since the turn of the year. Look at the facts, we were in the bottom 3 at Christmas, and now were 8th, so that is an improvement. in Europe, we've also been playing better.

And Bellamy is king. Don't mess with the king.

There has been a slight improvement since the FA Cup match, or at least our league position would suggest as much. However if you look at the results not much has changed. Win most at home, lose most away. An average points tally would indicate an average league position at seasons end and that's where we're likely to finish, mid table.

Now eating 2 of said danishes with a coffee.
