anyone know of any good free apps for A PC where it will let me edit documents EG a downloaded application form.

downloaded four but they wont let me fill out the application

i like to think that I am a reasonableperson
I am quite well educated, had a reasonable teaching career, retired early, did some other things, lived in France, guided people round Europe, went to prison. In short a fairly decent sort of chap.

WHY AM I LETTING MY FAMILY WATCH CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER??????
