Should keep you in line with the atkins program with a decent protein to carb ratio. A touch high in sodium maybe, if you're slugging a few loads.

I've recently come to perfect my haloumi, chorizo and pepper skewer stick. It contains haloumi, chorizo and peppers, on a skewer, works a treat.

I also like a prawn and haloumi skewer, bit of lemon juice and paprika, yumm.

Just got in to quinoa too, that shit on fetta is tremendous. Add anything basically, lovely.

Anyone ever made home made crisps.
Got a mandolin and really want to have a crack..
deep fry or bake.?

seen a few hints and tips here and there, what best spud to use and so on.
Don't have a deep fryer naymore, maybe a chip pan would do.

But whats better than home made chips and a beer..

been enjoying haloumi recently, grilled with a lathering of lemon juice. throw that on a quinoa salad (fetta, peppers, spinach, etc) and that's a pretty rad vegie meal. fuck you feel good the next day too.
