Congrats to Ricky then. Was it a good fight?

I was third tier Mike, entrance E, block 306, row e.

Really enjoyed it, saw all the undercard fights as well and i've gotta say the Matthew Hatton fight was as poor as i feared it might be. I don't know much of your mat, never seen him before, but that was a shit fight. Still, it was the right result.

Happy for Ricky though. And the many fans who left after round 11...what a bunch of tossers

i had a really good time last night, was bloody freezing though.

The first fight was pretty difficult to concentrate on as the place was still filling up, but matthew hatton was clearly not as good as the other fella.

The second fight was hilarious, when he came on the screen in his gimp mask, you could hear 40,000 people turn to the person next to them and say "what a tosser", was good booing him. I think my favourite part of the night was when he was forced into chopping off his dreadlocks. He didnt look particularly good though.

And the atmosphere was electric for Ricky, i have some really good photos and videos that ill upload onto facebook and youtube when i get a chance.

I was pretty far away, but i think that made it better for taking in the spectacle and soaking up the atmosphere. Really glad i went.

Yeah it was'nt the best of fights but like you said the right result. Silly bookies had hatton 2/1 on fav, so I took advantage and won £100 backing my mate. He won easy like I knew he would, but I got to say hattons style made the fight shit.

I was the first row after ringside seen loads of famous people.
