I had some fried bread at the weekend. Never eat it as an adult. Made me reminisce about childhood holidays eating harsh full English breakfasts in a Scarborough hotel.

What makes YOU come over all nostalgic Forum?

Also, I just read the entire "Radio Bassman" thread. So inB4 anyone invokes Bassy.

Talking about kids television the other day.

Graphics on them nowadays are awful.

Rainbow, Dangermouse, Postman pat, Charlie chalk, the Flintstones, Racoons, Chip N Dale rescue rangers

Saturday mornings, Get fresh, number 73, Going live.

Remember coming home for lunch in my early primary school days and my nan would come round every Tuesday, i'd watch Pob and Sesame street and you and me.

Words and pictures.

We used to get a one inch thick slice of bread and cut a hole cut out the middle into which we would drop an egg to fry alongside the bread and this delicacy is known as an Egyptian Eye and very tasty it is too. Careful not to break the egg when you flip the bread though.

Also, the Liverpool fans pub at Xmas on 606 was fun.

Not nostalgic but, having seen The Ramones in '77 with an unsigned Talking Heads as support, the fact that all the brudders are now dead makes me feel old. :(

Anyone willing to have a stab at what years that would have been? 2004/2005?

I reckon I'd been posting on there just over a year before I met Barnsey & Mrs W at Goodison, which MCFCstats tells me was 4th Feb 2006. First Forum meet up was around Easter that year, and Noddy puked on my coat about another six weeks after that.

It was 2004 I think because I was on it in my old house in France and we moved to the new one in July that year. I first met people in the Pub in Manchester at the end of 2006 when Bastard and I realised we had met before
