Really good. I like a flick with a good bro at its heart. Hardy does a much better Brooklyn accent than Welsh.

My missus got bored after 6 minutes which was the exact point I knew this was captivating. It was not perfect for a bunch of reasons but it was still so mesmerizing. Steve Carrol was unrecognisable and so, so good, Channing did a great job, and Mark Ruffalo I have just realised is a person I would really enjoy having a beer with. he has crept up on me in a number of films deceptively and now I realise he is great.

Do yourself a favour, if you don't know the 'foxcatcher' story, which I didn't, don't google it prior and you'll enjoy it even more.

8.5/10. This could also have gone in the MMA thread, plenty of great wrestling in theis.

No, I've never heard of it and you said not to google it. Want to find out what it's about so I can decide if I fancy watching it.

Watched loads of films over Christmas, the one that sticks in the mind is Eva Green's tits, I mean Sin City.

A dame to kill for, with some new stuff written by Frank Miller (the Joseph Gordon-Levitt bits I think - but it's been a while since I read them). Film's a bit shit really. Maybe average. It's definitely missed the boat; needed to be released about 7 years ago

yep, a length of time between sequels that virtually makes it a remake.

Just watched john wick with old wooden top keanu..
Its generic basic script and acting from the support.
but keanu is pretty good. And its quite stylish.
the action/killing is top notch..
I really have to give it a 7.9 .

Before that last week. We watched the equalizer with denzel..
and that was the mutts nuts too.
some absolutely full on inventive bad guy whooping in that too..
8/10.

Im easily pleased... :TopHat2
