I was having the same kind of thoughts this morning.

Heard the Pulp song common people on the radio this morning, 20 years old, which made me think back in 1996 it would be the equivilent of hearing a tune from the 76

Was a nice chilled out weekend, went out Saturday night with the lads, was at a sports bar and watched the Portugal game, all cheered when Ronaldo missed his penalty, on the way back to our residence the Pencil museum was noticed by some of us and was noted as a missed highlight of the weekend.

Because i can't drink i've gone to eating a lot of shit and have put on a lot of weight over the past few months as well which has got me down quite a bit. I also think my weight does fluctuate a lot, not sure if this is normal or not.

I have a treadmill and spinning bike, i got the spinning bike out last week but can't do 2 minutes without it killing me, Sisters wedding in September so i'm, aiming to lose a lot of weight by then i hope. I'm also Usher, which has put the fear of god in me.

I was going to avoid the Drs this time and i'm wanting to battle this without medication. The appointment come about because of my annual check up at the hospital, they sent a letter to my doctor, i then received a letter from them regarding the letter from the hospital to make an appointment.

I'm also starting a course on Thursday to help deal with anxiety and depression. I had CBT late last year which did sort me out a little.

Bit late to this. Little tip; if you feel an anxiety attack coming on and you're somewhere where this is possible, get yourself a little moment on your own and run cold water over your wrists. Used to work for me when I suffered pretty badly with anxiety. It's horrible that little tip can help ward off an attack, or slow it down/get rid of it. It's not foolproof but it's worked for me.

Wonder if the Pencil Museum is as good as the Gas Museum in Leicester.
