Explain yourself!

Did you ever see him attempting to drink a pint in his constituency Labour club? He was unable to take a decent gulp. He looked like a budgie pecking at seeds.

Blair was a good prime minister, the country is a better country thanks to him and his government. Unfortunately he will be remembered for Iraq which was a massive mistake. Anyone who has 10 years at the top is going to make mistakes, but he did much more good than bad.

I think history will be kinder to him than just remembering him for Iraq. Like him or not he changed a whole lot of the way our politics works, and again you may or may not like it, but you'd have to say he's been massively influential.

I can't abide Blair and his weak policies. And for my money, no matter what else he did, Iraq was a crime far too great to be ignored. I must admit, there was no better choice and I'm not for a minute suggesting anyone else would have done better, I just hate what he represents and the smug way he turned a party with morals and beliefs in to one without a shred of dignity. Basically the Tory party.

You're probably right, but i don't think it will be possible to think about Blair without thinking about Iraq, which is a shame because i like him.

Tbh anyone would have made them electable after the piss poor Tory leadership of previous years. I still hate him though. Not as much as Prescott obviously.

You can stay then. Just don't be putting any foreign muck in it. Any hint of garlic though and you're out.
