Not hopeful but would love to be wrong

Yeah, im not sure either mate.
Like i said earlier in the thread when it was announced ,its one that could be great from a graph novel.
and the film with wooden top keanu is a bit of a guilty pleasure..

you never know coods they could nail it..
ive seen shots of him he does look like the comic book version to a degree..

NBC...the had better nail it, as amc with the walking dead is on a roll..

Just don't know. That picture looks very photoshoppy and I hope that's not a reflection of the attitude. Neil Marshall is directing the pilot so that's promising. But Darabont did the original Walking Dead episode and I really don't think that show is good. It's popular I'll give it that. I really didn't like the graphic novel so mo maybe the TV show is representative of the paper thin (pun intended) poor dialogue.

The Walking Dead TellTale game's are good though.

Next up is the worry over the Preacher announcements...

Anyone watching this? Fucking absorbed in it I am. Extraordinary.

Yeah, 3 episodes in. Have resisted the urge to fly through it.

Great show. Best there's been in a while

Definitely. The ending to ep 3 was my favourite ten minutes of telly for years. Mcconaughey doing that monologue is just fantastic.

The McConnaisance really is in full swing. I think although I loved Mud (and have yet to see Dallas Buyers Club/ Killer Joe), this has to be my favourite performance from him after Reign of Fire

coods..i love TWD..
And the first episode is brilliant.
But im a oddball in the fact im not really into horror films, but always loved the zombie genre..(probs reminds me of everyone in the hacienda).
Its the post apocalyptic lark innit..
And darabont has pedigree for sure..

Im hopeful mate..

The only thing I found vaguely interesting about it was the tea lady who feeds the photographers.

and misfits, the cock chopper is a wonderful psychopath.

mildly disappointed in the method last night, but not the result. should've been messier imo.

Out of nowhere really. It's what i like about GoT. the entire first series was just surprise after surprise for me, didn't seem to follow the usual tropes. About the only thing that didn't surprise me was khaleesi surviving the fire and the eggs hatching.
